Never. Once a drop is gone, it’s gone for good. No restocks. No second chances.

There’s no set schedule. Drops happen when they’re ready. If you’re on our list, you’ll be first to know.

Very. Some pieces have less than 50 units worldwide. We keep it rare on purpose.

We ship worldwide. If you're on Earth, we’ll get it to you.

Usually 5–10 business days, depending on your location. If we drop something made-to-order, we’ll let you know the timeline upfront.

Only if it’s damaged or defective. Everything else is final sale. These are limited items — treat them like collectibles.
